For dental practices
The operational layer for the patients you already have.
AGENT33 builds a longitudinal profile of every patient from hundreds of signals across your practice's own records — clinical, financial, behavioral and conversational — and drives the numbers a practice runs on: case acceptance, retention, chair utilization, reactivation and lifetime value.
Most software records what happened. We tell you what needs to be done next.Which patient, which chair, which hour, what to say, and more.
Outcomes
Built to increase what the practice is worth.
The chairs, the staff and the lease are already paid for. Everything below is about what passes through them.
Revenue
Maximize Revenue Opportunities
The revenue is already on the books. It just isn’t on the schedule.
- Treatment diagnosed and never booked, worked in priority order
- Benefit that will expire unused, surfaced before it resets
- Plans declined once, re-approached when something has changed
- Work whose clinical urgency has moved since it was first proposed
- The household, not only the patient in the chair
Efficiency
Increase Operational Efficiency
Open chair time is the most expensive thing a practice owns.
- Cancellations filled with work that fits the slot, the provider and the room
- Next week shaped in advance instead of patched on the day
- Recall sequenced by clinical risk rather than by date
- A family booked together rather than in four separate calls
- The front desk handed a short, specific answer instead of a call list
Loyalty
Build Patient Loyalty
Patients rarely quit a practice. They drift.
- Stretching intervals caught while the relationship is still warm
- Lapsed patients approached as someone with a history, not a name on a list
- Preventive cadence held, because the visits that keep patients attached are the cheap ones
- Cost met with financing or phasing, never pressure
- Outreach bounded by rules the practice sets, on channels the patient chose
What it isn’t
Not a second opinion.
A different job entirely.

Treatment recommendations came last of the ten tasks ADA asked about.
The dentist decides the treatment
The diagnosis and the plan come from the dentist, as they always have. AGENT33 works from the plan as written and never suggests a different one.
AGENT33 handles the follow-through
A crown the dentist planned in March is still unbooked in October, and the patient's benefits expire at year end. Plenty of software already lists patients like this. AGENT33 predicts which of them will book, then checks each prediction against who actually did.
Where dentists draw the line
In ADA's Q2 2026 survey, 82.6% of dentists in private practice said they don't use AI for treatment recommendations and don't plan to. We think they're right.
Source: ADA Health Policy Institute, Economic Outlook and Emerging Issues in Dentistry Poll, Q2 2026, based on 552 responses from dentists in private practice. Published in State of the U.S. Dental Economy, Q2 2026 (slide 27) and Dentists' AI Usage and Attitudes (July 2026). Each bar adds dentists who use AI for the task now (dark) to those who don't yet but plan to (light). "Plan to" is what dentists say they intend, not a forecast. Treatment recommendations' current share is under 5%, as ADA reports it. Ticks mark the tasks AGENT33 works on.
How it works
Inside AGENT33's Patient Intelligence Model.
Our proprietary Patient Intelligence Model reads clinical risk trajectory, benefit mechanics, behavioral response, attrition drift, household economics and schedule geometry, among others — and gets sharper with every outcome the practice records.
Layer 01 · Context
Memory
The layer that doesn't forget.
Every visit, claim, plan, payment, referral and conversation, resolved into one evolving object per patient and per household — every entry carrying its source. Alongside the practice's records, it keeps one no other system does: what AGENT33 predicted, what it recommended, and what actually happened.
- Fact
- What happened.
- Inference
- What the record implies.
- Prediction
- What is likely next.
Layer 02 · Estimation & Learning
Intelligence
The layer that reads direction, not position.
This is the Patient Intelligence Model. Every prediction is scored against what actually happened: the ones that held gain weight, the rest lose it. That calibration is the moat. It only exists where AGENT33 has been running, which is why year five is worth more than year one.
- Arithmetic
- Read straight from the ledger. No model, no confidence score.
- Published Priors
- Real effect sizes from population literature.
- Learned Priors
- Calibrated on this practice's own outcomes.
Layer 03 · Action
Execution
The layer that does the work.
Intelligence that ends in a dashboard is another report. Autonomous and semi-autonomous agents run as services the practice switches on and off, triggered by what the model surfaces rather than by a schedule.
- Autonomous
- Consented recall, reactivation and referral messaging, inside bounds the practice sets.
- Semi-Autonomous
- Prepares everything else for the team. Anything touching care or money is accepted by a licensed human.
- Feedback
- Every outcome, booked, declined or ignored, is written back to memory.
Patient profiles
Risk isn't one number.
Neither is opportunity.
AGENT33 maps where each patient is and where they're likely heading in each category of care, alongside their age. Every profile carries dates: when something is due, and when a window closes. Lifetime value comes out of that map, not out of what they've spent so far.

The guardrail
Clinically appropriate, not maximum. AGENT33 measures each patient against where their oral health indicates they should be — never against the most treatment they could theoretically be sold.
-
Active
Value of the relationships the practice currently holds.
-
At risk
Value attached to patients whose visits are drifting.
-
Dormant
Value in lapsed patients most likely to return.
-
Unscheduled
Diagnosed or accepted treatment not yet booked.
-
Coming due
Care the profiles expect in the year ahead.
-
Benefits expiring
Insurance benefits that reset before diagnosed treatment is done.
The agents
Always running, wherever the work happens.
Front Desk Brief
Drives: EfficiencyRevenue
Forms and insurance are in before the patient arrives. Whoever's at the desk sees what else this patient, and their family, is due for, so one conversation books all of it.
Dentist Brief
Drives: Efficiency
Thirty seconds before the patient sits down, the dentist knows what's changed, what's still open and what they've turned down before, without opening the chart.
Benefits & Claims
Drives: RevenueEfficiency
Nobody likes losing benefits they've already paid for. AGENT33 keeps track of what's left and when it resets, and gets claims ready for your team to send.
Treatment Follow-Through
Drives: Revenue
Treatment the dentist has already recommended, still waiting to be booked. Your coordinator knows who to call first, and what to say.
Referral Loop
Drives: Revenue
A visit to a specialist is rarely the end of the story. AGENT33 follows every referral through and brings the patient home for the rest of their care.
Care Windows
Drives: Revenue
Some care has a right time. AGENT33 sees it coming and gets it on the calendar while the window is still open.
Capacity Recovery
Drives: EfficiencyRevenue
Cancellations happen. AGENT33 fills the gap with the patient most likely to say yes, and books families side by side so one trip covers everyone.
Reactivation & Retention
Drives: Loyalty
Patients rarely leave all at once. Visits drift further apart, then stop. AGENT33 notices early and reaches out to the ones who've agreed to hear from you.
Coverage Change
Drives: Loyalty
Losing dental coverage shouldn't mean losing the patient. When a plan ends or changes, AGENT33 flags it early, so your team can offer a way to stay.
Practice Brief
Drives: Efficiency
Once a week, the owner sees the whole practice on one page: where it gained ground, where it's slipping, and the few decisions only they can make.
Decision simulator
Same treatment. Three patients. Three answers.
Choose how you'd put it. All three patients answer at once, on the same scale, against the same practice baseline. Every output is a range, not a number — and it narrows as a patient's record deepens.
What you say
Evidence trail —
What this is, precisely. The three patients are illustrative and their histories are invented. The effect sizes are not. Every signal tagged Published carries the odds ratio its cited study actually reports — where a study reports the OR on delaying or postponing care, it is inverted and the direction flipped, and the citation says so. Signals tagged Learned and Arithmetic use 1.25 and 1.55, the magnitude the framing literature reports, rather than invented values. The range widens when a patient's record is short, and the practice baseline shown is a placeholder — in a live deployment it is computed from the practice's own acceptance history. Where the evidence doesn't support a claim, AGENT33 doesn't make one.
On your terms
Built for how dentistry works. Not how software wishes it did.
Your system of record, unchanged
AGENT33 reads from the practice management system already in use and writes nothing back into it without permission. No migration, no replacement, no retraining the front desk. Which systems come first is a discovery question, openly.
Your cloud
Deployed as a virtual private cloud per customer. HIPAA-aligned by design. De-identified data is shared back only periodically and only on opt-in.
Your call
AGENT33 never diagnoses, never quotes and never decides anything about care or money. It surfaces, it sequences, and it shows the reasoning. A licensed human makes those calls.
Practice Made Perfect.
Every patient a practice needs is already on its books. AGENT33 is the layer that finally works them.
